The gallery is returning to Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. This time, at number 65, the former address of Loris Azzaro’s fashion house. Following the refurbishment of the former salons and workshops, the gallery will be able to host large-scale exhibitions of 16th- and 17th-century Flemish painting. And, at the end of the year, it will celebrate its 50th anniversary at this location. A book is currently in preparation to mark the occasion. It will include a catalogue of the major works that have passed through the gallery, with accounts of the numerous exhibitions, discoveries, fond memories and, of course the friendships forged with key figures in the profession! The extensive library, documentation and archives held in Geneva have been digitised. This preservation project, which began during the Covid pandemic, was recently completed. The material will be available to researchers and art lovers in a comfortable, welcoming space adjoining the exhibition galleries.
