de jonckheere

In 1976, the De Jonckheere house in Brussels was founded, specializing in the study and sale of Flemish paintings from the 15th to the 17th centuries. In 1984, the gallery moved to Paris. Its various collections are presented to the most demanding of amateurs and especially when participating in the main fairs of ancient art such as the Biennale des Antiquaires in Paris or the TEFAF in Maastricht.

In April 2011, the De Jonckheere Gallery opened its new space in the heart of the historic district of Geneva. From now on and since the 2012 edition of the Biennale des Antiquaires in Paris, a staging of works both ancient and modern marks the two facets of its activity.

Our collaborations with museums

Flemish painting, with impressionism, is the most appreciated painting of amateurs in the biggest museums. Through notable sales to prestigious museum institutions, we are pleased to participate in this outreach. Moreover, through regular loans at international exhibitions, we collaborate in the enrichment of research in the history of art, also manifested by the publication of new works in scientific works.
